Spring Mindfulness Bulletin Board (Interactive with QR Codes) Updated 2025
I am supervising a school counseling intern, Marisa, from my alma mater, Duquesne University. She put up this bulletin board using my original "Make Time for Mindfulness" design and added her own personal touches to it! I love how it turned out! She did a great job!
Get all the details and read the original post about my interactive Spring Mindfulness Bulletin Board here or by clicking the image below.
Below are the materials used to create the interactive Spring Mindfulness Bulletin Board:
Pinwheels: this AstroBrights cardstock, stone AstroBrights paper for the sticks, and brass fasteners for the center of the pinwheels. Tip for the pinwheels: I poked a hole in the middle and on each triangle before sticking the brass fastener into the cardstock. It made it much easier to get the brass fastener in the cardstock.
Background: light blue craft roll paper
Grass: AstroBrights Green Paper
Sun, clouds, and the paper behind the QR codes: AstroBrights cardstock
Letters and QR codes: white printer paper
Updated elements: Butterflies (I also use these for Children's Grief Awareness Day)
Let me know if you use these ideas to make your own bulletin board! I'd love to see it!
