Last-Minute Thanksgiving Gift Idea for Teachers, School Counselors, or Anyone (Free Printable Gift Tag)
I wanted to give a small gift to my daughter's pre-school teachers for Thanksgiving. This can be tough time of the year for educators so I wanted to give a small thank you gift to let them know we appreciate them.
I decided to share this idea in case you also wanted to give a last-minute Thanksgiving gift to a teacher, colleague, or someone else.
I decided to give her teachers pumpkin candles that I purchased from Trader Joe's. I created a "Thankful for You" printable using Canva, a free online design tool, to make the gift tags.
I was planning to print the "Thankful for You" printable on card stock, but I was out of card stock. Instead I printed it on regular paper and instructed my daughter color on it with orange, yellow, and red crayons.
I cut the printable with a paper cutter and then affixed it with glue dots to glitter card stock that I had on hand. I wrote a note on the back that says "Thank you for helping me learn and grow! Happy Thanksgiving!" I put the candle in a cellophane bag and tied the gift tag on with twine.
I hope the "Thankful for You" printable is helpful to you if you! Please let me know in the comments below if you are planning to give a last-minute gift to someone you are Thankful for this Thanksgiving!
